User Agreement

Welcome to Lukin (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Lukin. Please read it carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using Lukin, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Lukin is intended only for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to minors or collect data from them. If you are under 18, you must not use this App.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or are found to contain false or misleading information.

3. Use of the App

Lukin provides AI-based chat experiences with fictional characters that each have unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories. You may also receive random recommendations of characters you have not interacted with and customize chat backgrounds individually for each character.

By using Lukin, you agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.

• Attempt to exploit or manipulate the App’s systems or AI models.

• Upload, share, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or servers.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within Lukin, including text, AI characters, design, graphics, and software, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You may generate and share content through interactions within Lukin. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for any content you create or share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of Lukin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lukin at any time if you violate this Agreement, misuse the App, or engage in behavior deemed harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lukin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. The AI characters are fictional and generated for entertainment and creative interaction purposes only. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

You acknowledge that conversations and recommendations within the App are generated by AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lukin and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or emotional distress caused by AI-generated content.

10. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update or revise this Agreement periodically. Updates will be posted within the App and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your region of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
